The following items are accepted for pickup when placed in weather proof bins.
Look at the bottom of packaging inside the three triangles for the recycling code.

Plastics:

All�hard plastics with recycling symbols 1 thru 7 accepted, as well as all plastic milk jugs (Rinsed and flattened) and all beverage containers regardless of recycling code. Plastic shopping bags can also be recycled as well as all other food wrappings that are flexible plastic. Plastics must be clean and completely free of all food, liquids and debris.

Cardboard:

All corrugated cardboard and boxboard is accepted. Please ensure all boxes are flattened, regardless of size, and very large boxes are cut down into smaller pieces (No larger than 3ftx3ft) for pickup.

Coloured paper, craft and construction paper,and paper bags are recycled with cardboard.

Cardboard must be clean and free of food or grease. Waxed cardboard (IE Fast food drink cups) cannot be accepted with the exception of mil or beverage cartons.

Glass:

All household glass jars are accepted, clear and coloured. Please rinse out jars and remove lids and labels where applicable.

No dishes, drinking glasses, ceramics, light bulbs or other glass items are accepted.

Metal:

Household metal only. Please remove labels and rinse out all tin cans, lids and aluminum pie plates. Please flatten tin where possible. Wire coat hangers are not accepted for recycling.

Propane canisters and/or other chemical materials will not be picked up.

Paper:

This includes all newspaper,�packing paper, flyers, phone books, etc.

Items not included are crepe paper, paper towels, plastic lined bags (IE. Dog food, cookie bags, etc.), carbon paper and waxed paper.

Beverage Containers:

All beverage containers are accepted for recycling, including alcoholic and non-aloholic beverages in plastic, glass, aluminum, cardboard or other materials.

This includes drink boxes and tetra packs. Please ensure containers are empty before placing in your bin.

Kick It To The Curb Curbside Recycling will only pick up items indicated above. We are not able to accept any styrofoam, plastics not listed above, sod or pet waste, compost/food material, drywall or�construction waste.
